The validation code protects this form from being hijacked by spammers, or abused by auto submitters.	Type the validation code above exactly, all letters are CaSe SeNsitIve. If you have images turned off in your browser, then you must enable them in order to complete this form. Also you cannot use an anonymizer to submit to this form.

Note that if you refresh this page you'll see the validation image code (and possibly font, background, color scheme too) change dynamically. This code dynamically created has billions of possible unique combinations. Now view the source code of this page and see that there is no hidden input code which corresponds to the HTML form code. This decreases the likelihood of being hijacked by an autosubmit bot, so they'll be forced to load the form as is for a human to look at it. The system further uses a custom algorithm to encrypt secret components of the form. These items plus several more combine to create a fortress around the form security that are virtually impenetrable.
